Does anyone here lives in Australia?

And who knows anything about the Australia Family Law: About Full custody, Sole custody.

How to get a full custody of the your baby?

Or your baby added to restraining order against your ex-partner would make you the full custody or would it just gives me not to come near you and the baby?

What to do after delivery: Don’t put his name on the birth certificate? Or what? Just need help, I have a court day soon.

Is it any other way, where the mother can win a sole custody, and it’s up to her to decide when the father can see the child or children?
