In agony !

I’m in agony my face feels like I’m being beaten up it aches so bad I’ve taken paracetamol but it hasn’t done anything it mostly hurts on my cheeks this isn’t owt to do with pregnancy do u think? I’m 24 weeks and I googled that this could be sinus but wouldn’t I have other symptoms ?? I don’t feel like I have a cold or anything just that I’ve being beating up and it’s aching so bad
