doctor won't deliver my baby

I am 10 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child. I am plus size, my doctor just told me yesterday that he cannot deliver my c section because of my BMI ( I had a c section with my 1st child), I am 5'7 250lbs. he says he would need another surgeon obgyn and couldn't get the other doctors at the hospital to say yes he can rely on them to partner up, so he told me I need to find another doctor or he can still care for me and postpartum care, but cannot deliver me at the hospital he delivers at, so I would have to deliver at a hospital in downtown tampa, which can take 35 minutes or over an hour to get to in traffic . had anyone else ever had their doctor talk to them like that?
