My mom is Muslim and she tells me to never use tampkns or touch myself or let anyone touch me
Down there. Bc it will break my hymen and future Muslim husband will know I’m not a virgin because I didn’t bleed. Is this a myth?   My friends all had sex some

I think your mom is misinformed and confusing culture with religion. Some women bleed when they lose their virginity, not all. Tampons and touching yourself will not break your hymen.

I grew up in a Muslim country and it was very common to beleive that every virgin bleeds when they have sex for the first time. That's not true at all, but it's been a misconception for years across various different cultures too. I knew someone that was left by her first husband because she didn't bleed and she swears she was a virgin (I beleive her too). 
Something that was very common over there was to ride horses as it was accepted that the hymen often broke riding horses. There were also crazy ways girls tried to ensure they'd bleed the first time as well. Its incredibly sad. 
You may or may not bleed the first time you have sex. Hopefully you can educate your mum (maybe have her talk to a doctor with you about this) and it won't be a problem. But this is a common misconception that can be a big issue for certain groups of people.

Well, if you’re dating a guy who’s only interest is your hymen, is that really a man you want anyway? I’m religious, I was a virgin until marriage, my husband wasn’t. I wasn’t super bloody, just some spotting from vaginal dryness. Your sexual identity is between God and yourself, or if you’re not religious, just only yourself.

Not every woman bleeds, a man has no way of guaranteeing your a virgin or knowing otherwise unless you tell them. Some women’s hymens so thin it doesn’t bleed ever, some break it riding bikes or horseback. 
Your mom is trying to scare you into following her beliefs and rules, it’s terrible and not fair to you. 
Any man who leaves you because you don’t bleed after sex is not a man you want to be with anyway, Marry for love ❤️ 
I’m not sure where you live or how old you are but you need to be true to yourself. Do what feels right to you and p.s literally no one will know if you touch yourself.
