Ultrasound confusion

At my ultrasound the tech didn’t even measure baby or let me hear the heartbeat just showed us it fluttering I asked if baby was measuring correctly and she said a radiologist has to do that and such.. should I switch doctors or what. Ive never once been told that always have had them measure baby I front and give me an estimated due date but she didn’t tell me anything! Bit worried.

Does 7 weeks 5 days look right for baby? That’s what it is based on my LMP.

UPDATE: doctor called and I’m 8 weeks 1 day pregnant and the baby’s heart beat was 178!
