Please STOP

Someone from my past keeps trying to reconnect and I hate it. I stopped talking to them because they were so vile, so hateful, so bad for my mental health. Every few months they reach out again and it makes me physically ill everytime. I am scared to get texts, I'm scared to get letters, it's hurting me. I blocked their number but they used a different one this time around. It's nothing I can legally take action for but I hate it. I'm scared to go out in public and see them. I hate this and I hate them. I wish they'd just go away.
