☹️ very scared

Well let me just say that I’m scared and i don’t know what to say.

I’m 7weeks and 4 days. Around 2am I was awaken to cramping. It woke me from my sleep. I figured I had to pooh which I did. I went right back to sleep afterwards. My alarm 🚨 woke me up around 4:15am. I threw or was gagging first thing in the morning and still cramping on a scale to 1-10 it was like a 6. While going to work cramping and feeling sick. Once I got to work still cramping and I threw up or that gagging thing again. Went to the bathroom and saw light brown discharge. Called the doc told them. They said if it pink then I need for you to go to the ER. Well second bathroom attempt was at 11:30 am I saw spot of pink still cramping and very scared.
