Pregnant with a cold

I’m 30 weeks and I got a cold yesterday with a scratchy throat and runny nose. It got worse as the day went on but I managed it with cold damp towel, a lot of water, warm tea, rest, and no medication. I went from 99 degrees to 97 in the morning. I feel much better than before.

I was just wondering if this minor cold could affect my baby. And if I’m allowed to take any medication, as well as when I should go see a doctor. TIA and I’m a FTM
