Does anyone know what this could be?

So I thought this was an ingrown hair at first, but I’ve had it for 2 years now and it hasn’t came to a head or anything, it’s about in the middle of my calf. It doesn’t hurt and has never had anything come out of it. I was thinking maybe it could be a wart? But I honestly don’t know I’ve never really had anything like this. I don’t want to go to the doctor if it’s nothing serious. (Ps sorry for the leg hair, it’s pretty bad) lmao
