HELP NEEDED!!

Alright, so I’m sorta freaking out low key.. this might be weird to ask but this app is great because people don’t really judge. So I’ve had strange urges to pee, but when I go to the bathroom, only a little trickle of pee comes out and it sort of hurts (not like UTI hurting but similar). I’m confused because it’s not my time of the month and I don’t know if it has to do with having sex or just an infection, but I’m scared.

There are like tiny tiny little things of looks like blood too (but they are minuscule)
