Strep? Or?

Question

Sorry for the gross mouth shot....but is this strep? I don't have my tonsils and no pictures I've found has helped. Just want to see what anyone thinks before I drop 150$ for a doctor visit. Can barely swallow it hurts so bad and a fever of 103 last night that is 101 today. Also, not pictured, but I have small red spots all over the roof of my mouth towards the back.

go to the doctor the only thing that would stop it is them giving you antibiotics. I had strep throat for the last 6 days and am stubborn and didn't get it treated and it went away on it's own I wouldn't go through that agony again...

If you EVER think you may have strep throat, you should always get tested for it just to be safe. Strep throat isn’t some harmless illness. The longer you have it the more damage it can and does cause to various organs, particularly the heart. Once the damage is done, there’s no repairing it and it causes complications at some point in life. My friends sisters heart failed in the hospital from nothing other than strep throat because she didn’t get tested and get on antibiotics until long after she first started feeling sick, she was barely 21 with an infant daughter.
