Eye allergies

So my allergies are killing my self confidence. I first had red eyes with dry skin. The dry skin is manageable and I take Xyzal and Visine allergy for the red eyes and symptoms. Visine is making my eyes redder and now I’m using regular red eye Visine while using Visine with allergy medicine twice a day. Still a lot of redness around my pupil and watery eyes when the sun or wind hits my eyes. Working on my health insurance as we speak so I cannot go to the doctors. Any recommendations or suggestions on what to do? I don’t want to live with this all summer and hide behind hats and sunglasses?! They get super blood shot and around the inner of the eye. I also get eczema around the eyes from the tears.
