Never Gotten Wet on My Own

Am I the only person that doesn’t get wet? Kissing and touching makes me aroused but I’ve never been wet.

I’m 18 and have been sexually active for 2 years. I never even realized that “getting wet” was something that was supposed to happen until very recently. I know it’s not an issue with emotional connections because I had the same issue with my (now ex) boyfriend, so what can I do besides use lube? Using lube makes me feel ashamed and doesn’t work for spontaneous hook ups. I’ve stopped having sex because I’m so embarrassed.
