BC oops?

I stopped my birth control for one month. The Xulane Patch. I was on it consistently before that month of not using it. The reason for stopping it was because my Bf and I broke up. Well, we got back together middle of May! And we’re getting married! The only problem is that I started the birth control back up. And at the end of week 2, he and I had unprotected sex. He did not pull out. I know the instructions are to use protection for the first week until the patch has kicked in. We’ve had unprotected sex consistent since then and now that it’s my patch free week (I took it off on Sunday) today being the end of Tuesday. Still nothing. I wipe and there’s a smidge of blood but it’s very light pink. Nothing but a light tint on my pad. I wouldn’t consider my periods to be heavy but this is not normal. I slept almost 10 hours last night. I could hardly keep my eyes open today. I have the headache from hell. I have diarrhea. And I’m laying next to my puke bucket currently. I figure it’s one of 3 things.

1. PMS

2. I’m a teacher so it could be the flu that’s been going around

3. Pregnant

Thoughts?

Oh and the eve app is saying period is one day late. Which doesn’t seem right. But I feel like I should have started by today.
