Ruined my tattoo?

Have I ripped the ink out of my tattoo through the healing process? Had my tattoo done on Friday, have tried to air it out as much as possible. Been washing and creaming 3 times a day but when I need to wear shoes I have wrapped it in cling film and put shoes and socks on. No longer than 4-6 hours. Someone help. Will it heal ok? I’m stressing.
