Crying for help a

I was in my friends house with my 8th month old daughter for about 2 days and i had ran out of wipes and we ran to buy some Huggies wipes Omgg which turned out being hell they affected my daughter really really bad my baby has what you call a really bad rash I’m only posting the picture because i do not know what to do i tried leaving her without pamper so she can cool off and not using any wipes I’m cleaning her with water I just now before bed put some cold water i don’t know what else to do i don’t want to take her to the hospital for something i can cure at home so please someone help
