sorry if this is confusing....
so im curious to know.... do you ovulate because you had your period or do you have your period because you ovulated??. i guess its kinda like what came first the chicken or the egg... the reason im asking is because i just got my first period after a whole year a few weeks ago.. did i ovulate before i got it or only after?
