is it at least lighter then before?? going through a miscarrage

I got my first positive on June 3rd I went to the ER June 5th i was bleeding with blood clots and cramps they did a blood hcg it was 12.8 they did an ultrasound and of course didnt see anything they called it a threatned miscarriage and sent me home on June 8th got my hcg checked again it was 37.4 then on June 11th it was 94 then on June 14th it was 54 they called and said i was having a belighted ovum ( miscarriage ) or something like that i started bleeding on June 17th-19th on June 21st my hcg was 19 then on June 27th it was 12 I started bleeding again on June 30th still bleeding now could this be my period or still miscarriage? Im still testing positive the top picture is from just now and the bottom picture with the 3 tests were from the 6 days ago on the 26th are they getting lighter? shouldnt it be below 5 by now?? should i be worried or no??
