Help!

I’ve been on the patch since April. I’ve never had any kind of symptoms (thank god!) I have been kind of lazy with my patch mostly because I’m always busy. Anyways my period lasts 6 days exactly since I’ve started the patch, even if I’ve forgotten to change it. I had unprotected sex twice while I had my patch off, I think it was the start of my first week and the start of the third. The last 3 or 4 days I have crazy nausea, I smoke cigs and I get nauseas, I thought the first day was maybe just a fluke, I had felt sick all day but I was drinking with friends and before I even felt a buzz I had to stop and I sat in the bathroom trying to puke to make the feeling go away and I just kept gagging. I can’t eat without feeling the slightest bit nauseous. I have to force myself to eat a few bites here and there because it ruins my appetite. My boobs are so sore and swollen. And I’ve had cramps. My last period was this month and it only lasted 3 days. And I’m more tired than usual. Idk if I should take a test. I went through this before and took so many tests and I wasn’t pregnant. 🙄😂
