Tips and Tricks for Drying Up
Hey Ladies! I'm a second time mom, but a first time breastfeeder. I start back to work on July 30th and my little one will be almost 3 months old. I would like to continue feeding for some of this month, but am looking to be dried up by the time I go back to work. What do I need to do dry up my supply? I exclusively pump and bottle feed right now. I usually pump every 4 hours during the day.
