Miscarriage?

I had several BFP’s on June 25th. We went to the beach, told our families, etc., everything was great. Then, Sunday I started spotting light pink blood.. I didn’t freak because I thought it could’ve been implantation bleeding. I woke up yesterday morning to drive home from the beach and it was like I was on my period with red blood. Nothing gushing but just like a period. I went to the doctor today and had a blood test, but won’t know results until Thursday. Any help is appreciated!
