Something smells fishy

I was having sex today with my fwb and I noticed my vagina smelled like fish. To be specific: steamed scallops. I’m a very clean person who showers regularly. I also have no other symptoms aside from this smell. Does anyone have any ideas of what I should do? I can’t afford to see a gynaecologist and get a prescription. I need an over the counter or natural solution please.
