It’s not black and white. If a drunk person forces themself on another drunk person, then that person isn’t exempt from rapist status just because they were drunk too. I have also had many consensual drunk hookups. Depends on the specifics of that situation.

I don’t agree with it being rape. If both parties are coherent enough to meet at the location, undress themselves, and have sex then they were coherent enough to say no. There is a huge difference between this situation and someone being blacked out and raped or date raped.

No I think the lines are clear. If two people are intoxicated and give consent, that is not rape imo. I would only consider it rape if one person was incoherent/unconscious during the act.

This was on a tv programme and it depends who actually strays of the sex if some o men is so drunk that they can’t actually give constant then yes it’s classed as rape!
