Boyfriend trouble

Hi, my name is Lauren and I am 15 years old. The last couple of days have been tough for me because of my boyfriend. The other day my boyfriend had blocked me on snapchat and I had managed to get his number. I talked to him and he added me back. We started talking for the next couple of days and then today he blocked me again. I don't know what I am doing wrong. If it is him or me. I need some advice from people who have been in this situation or are in it at the minute. I really love him I need some help girls.
