Bleeding

Idk whats going on. I think maybe I passed a hard stool but my anus has been bleeding every time I wipe it for a few days. I hope its just a slight tear or something.. has this happened to someone on here? How do I make it stop because it freaks me out every time and Im scared to use the restroom. What do I do? 😢 I little could just touch it gently and there’s blood on the tissue
