Gymnastics? Dance? Need a hobby

So I’m 19. I’m overweight. A lot. I used to do dance and gymnastics when I was young. Well I quit both of those but I regret it. I miss being active and flexible. I’m on my journey of losing weight. But I am wanting to start a hobby again. Is 19 to late to start gymnastics just mainly for flexibility & losing weight of course. Or joining dance? Help a sista out with some ideas for physical activity to start!! I miss being able to do flips & everything like that. (Including a pic of me)
