First Pregnancy Abortion

Hello everyone. So I’ve been married for 2 months and never wanted to have kids as I am 21 years old and studying. But I accidentally got pregnant and learnt it 3 days ago. Now I am thinking about abortion but my husband will never know that because he desperately wants to have kids. So I wanna ask about the risks of the first pregnancy abortion because everyone around says that if you got abortion at your first pregnancy your chance of getting pregnant again becomes very very low. Now I’m stuck and don’t know what to do 😭😭😭
