What is considered full term?

I had a doc appt with my high risk doc and his nurse asked me how much longer do I have? (I’m 34 weeks) and she said I’ll be term by 37 weeks. I told her I thought full term was at 39 weeks and she said yes...full term is 39 weeks but it’s safe to deliver at 37 weeks if she decides to come. What have y’all doctors/nurses/midwives said?

37 weeks is early term and 39 is full term from what I understand. they won't stop labor after 37

My provider who covers my non stress tests said 37 is full term.

My doctor says term is 37 weeks and full term is 40 weeks. Everyone seems to have a different opinion on it

My midwife and their office keep saying 37 and I’m going with 37. I’m 35 weeks and 5 days and if baby girl wants to come at 37 I’m considering that good at this point hehe.

My midwives say 40 weeks is full term and is best but anything over 37 weeks is fine too.

It seems like the majority would say that 37 weeks is full term but I know it’s best for the baby to be in the womb until 39 weeks.

Technically they changed it to 39 weeks. Buuut by week 36 my doctor says it’s safe to go into labor. He said 37 weeks is what he considers full term though.
