does anybody know what this is.... it showed up on the 4th of july as a tiny bump and now it’s gotten to this and it’s very painful... any ideas? first pic was the first day then second is now.

today the spot looks extremely better after sleeping with triple antibiotic and a bandaid on it!

It could have been a bite or zit that was scratched and became infected. I would check with your dr. They'll probably prescribe an antibiotic cream. 
It could turn in to Staph.

The second pic kinda looks like the beginning of ringworm so maybe some sort of fungal infection??

Honestly the second pic looks like it’s healing, get it checked if you’re worried but if you’re not too worried then just make sure it doesn’t get infected and clean it often
