Any ideas?....

I had my period 3-4 weeks ago now and I had recently come back on which is strange as I already had it, anyway I came on again and it lasted three days and stopped, today I felt something and I went toilet to find blood on my underwear however when I wipe with tissue there was nothing on it and so I carried on as normal and I went again and the same thing happened, any ideas as I’m puzzled
