Vasectomy reversal

Has any of you ladies partner had a vasectomy reversal after 13 years and been successful my partner was reversed in march and has kids my issue is his eldest daughter is 18 and been with her partner 2 months and is pregnant was a really big kick in the teeth and its just making me abit evil towards my partner its jelousy i kno but i cant help it am i rong for being angry its just weve spent thousands on the reversal and second month in poof shes pregnant and not even with a nice lad either sorry for the rant but ive been with my partner a few years and saved alot for it im waiting for results to come back in a week or 2 to see if he has swimmers but i dont kno what to do if he has no swimmers like
