One way pleasure?😢

How can I be okay with my partner getting me off even if he isn't in the mood? He says he is always happy to do it but it makes me feel selfish because I feel that he really isn't enjoying himself. But I know he loves watching how I react to the things he does. I know it makes him happy but I can't get out of my head and fully enjoy it because I feel like a chore to him. :(
