So, my husband and I just recently started “trying.” So we quit using condoms...But it seems like every time we try to have sex as soon as we are about to put it in...my vagina like close’s up. Is this normal? It’s like it’s rejecting his penis lol we use lube but I hate using it because it’s so messy. Anybody have any suggestions?? So if this is too much TMI...

Are you nervous about becoming pregnant? It seems there is a mental connection happening here. Otherwise, I would say it sounds like you could benefit from a little more foreplay. Or maybe a few drinks, if that’s something you do. I think if you had one good relaxing experience, you’d break that mental block and be able to move forward without issue.

More foreplay and maybe a massage? You need to find a way to relax a bit more. Also, lube severely inhibits sperm. It’s tough to get pregnant while using it.

No really helpful advice except if you use lube use one that’s speed friendly like preseed.  Lots of regular lubes make it hard to conceive.  Good luck to you!
