Help!! What is this? Please read

Okay so I’ve been on degesterol pill for a month now, I’ve had brown spotting for 14 days - starting two days before my period would have started had I not been on the pill, but today I woke up and had bleed a lot, what looks like the start of my typical period. Throughout the morning since I had only a pad on as my ‘period’ was light and I noticed a large red clot in the toilet when I peed (tmi I’m sorry but I need to say it as it is!). I dismissed it because I thought well I’m on the pill, it’s new blah blah. I ended up putting a tampon in, I then went to pee again and I felt i needed to take my tampon out and out came another clot and when I wiped there was this! I’m not pregnant for definite, I’m a virgin. I’m 16 so please don’t judge me, I posted this on another group I just need help. Thanks girls x
