Starting IVF

Hello 👋!

We are planning to start IVF procedure next month can someone let me know from when I have to start injecting medicines? Actually next month exactly same week my cousin sister coming over and she will be here at my place for a week . We don’t want anyone to know that we are going through IVF atleast for now . I have to start medicines first day of period or when? Please let me know . I haven’t talked about this to my facility yet .
