PP period
I’m exclusively breastfeeding my LO is 11 weeks old and at 9 weeks PP I spotted a tiny bit for about a day and a half. Then I started having cramps and back pains. I know that some women don’t get their period while breastfeeding but has anybody had cramps or back pain? It’s kind of like I was on my period without actually getting my period
