Accidentally bought face cream with St. John's Wort in it...?

As the title says, I accidentally bought face cream with St. John's Wort in it. I honestly never thought that would be in a face cream, the reviews said good things and that it was cruelty free so I didnt even consider checking the ingredients. Do you think it would be okay to use with the pill? I don't plan on using it everyday, at most maybe once a week. I tried doing some research but all studies I found were if taking St. John's Wort orally and not on the skin.
