Bloating and no period on Nexplanon??? Normal??

I just had Nexplanon inserted not too long ago. I had my period kind of normally when I got it (just lasted longer than usual). Now I'm coming up on the date of my supposed next period, but I'm not really getting a whole lot of symptoms.

I haven't had sex since getting it inserted. I feel pretty light headed and bloated though. Could this be normal? Also found I have more discharge than usual
