25 years already?

My boyfriend’s sister is turning 25!!! She’s a few months older than myself and I have no idea what to do for her. She’s so busy with her 3 children and never does anything for herself. Her boyfriend’s a dick, and probably won’t do anything for her and that’s where I step in.. for example, she got nothing for Mother’s Day but grief. But I got her some clothes and a card. She cried and it honestly broke my heart. So what should I do for her ladies? Any ideas?
