I literally feel like a crazy b

I question everything I mean every little thing, I pick fights, I’m always paranoid, I over look and analyze every situation. I literally feel like I’m losing it when there’s probably nothing even wrong. Anyone know how to correct or fix this ? Or just train your mind to chill the hell out. I’m the definition of no chill and I feel like it’s effecting relationships in my life. I try to tell myself not to do it but as soon as something happens I’m right back to my crazy side and I never been like this before until this past year, HELP.
