Pain in Abdomen

For the last few months, i’ve had the most excruciating pain in my lower right appendix area. I thought I had appendicitis, but when I went to get an Ultrasound there was nothing found. The pain went away for a few weeks, and came back a few days ago worse than ever, and today has been one of the worst days pain wise that I have ever felt in my life. It’s disabling, and to the point where i’m curled up into a ball crying in bed. My boyfriends aunt is a nurse, so of course I texted her about it and she said it could be endometriosis, an ovarian cyst, or something else. What makes it weirder, is that I just got my period literally 5 minutes ago, but I KNOW my body and this isn’t just period cramps, it’s an actual issue with my body. My period is also 6 days early, which could be due to the fact that I started new birth control at the beginning of my last period, but this is weird and it doesn’t feel normal. I just think that something is off, and i’m so nervous to go to the doctor.
