Are pregnancy pillows worth it?

I toss and turn every night. Im so uncomfortable and i cant sleep anymore. my stomach has popped up to be a basketball and its sooo uncomfortable. I used to be able to sleep on my tummy but as of a few days ago... there is no way. I seemed to have popped over night. I love that my lil baby is growing but i want my sleep! lol My mother had said a pregnancy pillow is a waste of money and doesnt work that well. What do you all think? bc somethings got to give.
