Help.... I’m exhausted

11 day old turns into diff baby at night. He is extremely fussy, constantly. During day he sleeps and does fine. Come 10:30 every night he starts grunting, whining, whimpering, gets restless and goes into a full blown bloody murder cry. I hold him, swaddle him, unswaddle him, give gas drops, elevate his head, lay on back, burp him, check diaper... once I’ve gone through all the motions and he still fusses!!!? I’m at my wits end for sleep. Last night he literally woke up every 15 mins fussing then crying. I have gripe water on the way. He’s half breast half formula right now he needed to gain weight since birth. Help!
