Coxsackievirus / Hand Foot Mouth Disease

I’ll try to keep this short - my 1 year old son had a fever on Friday and Saturday. I spoke with the Dr over the phone he suggested monitoring for new/worsening symptoms, Motrin, and that based on current symptoms, time of year, the fact that he’s in daycare, and the frequency of diagnosis recently that it may be Coxsackievirus. Fever has gone away for a couple days now but these bumps showed up last night. What do you Momma’s think - random unalarming rash or does it look like Coxsackievirus/HFM??? I feel like I’m being paranoid about it! The pic is of the inside of his leg. Many thanks.
