Earliest detection of sex on ultrasound?

Hello all, 
I was wondering have any of you found out the sex of your baby a little early via ultrasound or 3D ultrasound? 
Reason being is I’m having a 14 week ultrasound Thursday and was wondering if it is possible the tech may say “oh I can tell the sex, should you like to know?” 
I’m having a second ultrasound at 18 weeks. So I know not too far apart however I am so anxious to know!

I found out with my son at 14 weeks. It was clear as day.

With 3D, 15 weeks with my son. Confirmed at 18 weeks as well.

You could def tell I was having a boy on my scan at 13w

I found out at 14 weeks but went to a private gender determination place and paid outof pocket.  A regular OB probably won't tell you that early.

My doctors offices refuses to tell before 20 weeks. however, I go to a private ultrasound place at 15 weeks to find out, so I'm sure it's possible at 14

14weeks with my third we made sure it was correct at 18-20weeks

I had a 3D ultrasound at 19 weeks and my daughter kept her legs crossed the whole time...we did everything we could to get her to move and she wouldn’t budge. They got a shot where they said they were 70% sure it’s a girl but for us to get a 2nd opinion. At 22-23 weeks we had a normal ultrasound at my doctors office and that time it was clear as day.
