Probably not pregnant, right?

My boyfriend and I decided not to have penetrative sex until I go on the pill. We still do other sexual things, though. A few weeks ago he ended up finishing in his underwear nowhere near my vagina, and then he fingered me. But, I'm not sure if he got any semen on his hand before he put it inside me. eve said I had an 11% chance of getting pregnant that day. Bf says he's absolutely positive nothing was on his hand. But, if there was a very small amount on his hand, what's the chance of me getting pregnant from this?

My period is 4 days after when it was supposed to begin. I have been traveling, a prescription changed, and I forgot to have my other prescription (thyroid hormone) for a week straight. I've been so worried I can hardly think of anything else.
