SEX HELP

so i recently went on vacation & got back two days ago.. i’m taking a combination BC pill & my bf & i had sex the two days i’ve been home & it’s pretty rough on my vagina if you know what i mean.. anyways, i’m bleeding & have baby cramps (just annoying, no necessarily painful) & i just used the restroom @ 4am & i’m spotting but my period ended almost 2 weeks ago.. the internet says i have cancer, and STD, i’m pregnant, or its normal. i just wanna know if this has happened to y’all & hear your stories. bc it’s either normal or i have an std

mind you (this has never happened before & my bf & i have been together for over a year but we did take a short break where i did have sex w someone else... but got tested after.. wondering if this could be an issue) I SOUND CRAZY BUT I NEED REAL PEOPLE INSIGHT!!!
