How do you tell your husband???
How do you even begin to tell your husband that you are depressed 5 months after having a miscarriage? Constantly spacing out, your head is always in a fog, don't feel like doing anything by yourself. You have been convincing yourself that you are ok when you really are not. You feel like you lost apart of yourself when you lost your child. You feel like you are falling apart now that you realize what is going on. Terrified of getting pregnant and losing another baby. Feeling like a failure as a woman for not being able to carry your child to full term. How do you even begin to try and explain any of this to him??? Plus he knows something isn't right when he tells you he can't tell when you are joking or being serious anymore. Also telling you to your face that "You haven't been yourself lately." Where do you begin???
