When should I go to the ER?!

I’m a little over 9 weeks and I’ve had morning sickness the last 4+ weeks. Some days aren’t bad some days are worse but today has been absolutely horrible. I’ve thrown up 15+ times and haven’t even been able to keep a sip of water down. I also haven’t urinated once today. I don’t want to waste my time but I was wondering when I should go to the emergency room if nothing changes?

Yes you're probably dehydrated. If nothing else they'll give you fluids. My doctor said if you can't eat or drink (and keep it down) for 24 hours go in.

Mmm I would be condemned if you have not peed sooner than all these others say, after 8 hours (as a nurse) we get concerned for our patients of course most of the time they need a catheter and where fill Just unable to pee
The thing is if your not peeing your kidneys are affected, I would hate for you to wait a full 24 hours from not peeing and get into acute kidney failure because you waited so long 
I say go in after 8 hours if not being able to go because of lack of fluids
