Metrogel

I am 5 weeks pregnant and have a bacteria infection. My doctor gave me metrogel and I did 4 out of 5 days. I messed up one of the applicators so i am short one. I called my pharmacy and they couldn’t help me. They told me to buy one of the monistat things and use one of those but I tried they are all prefilled. Should I just skip tonight and have my doctor call in another? Or should I find one of the old ones and just reuse it? Ugh this is such a pain.
